Every product we make is assembled by hand and therefore carries with it a story of who made it. We honour our handcrafted goods as we are nostalgic when it comes to traditional craftsmanship, but also because when we make by hand we feel a greater sense of accomplishment. It also means human care is taken with each product. All goods are made according to our quality standards to ensure we only provide the highest quality goods.
Our makers are based in Melbourne and work with us in our Brunswick atelier. Other than our founder, our makers are independent freelancers engaged by us. At the moment, Simone makes most of our goods, & our makers are called upon in busier periods. We work as a team, with each product passing through multiple hands. Simone is the simétrie founder, lead designer & maker. She learned the craft of leather working in Melbourne.

Amira is the talented sewer from SisterWorks who made the latest production of our linen drawstring cover bags. We also planned for Amira to produce the Sisterly Collection, however due to Stage 4 we had to put these plans on hold. Read more about this here.
