If you have a belt that fits well: Measure from the buckle to the hole you actually use. Match that number to our middle hole measurements so you have room to adjust as your body changes.

If you don't: Put on the clothes you'd wear with this belt. Measure around your waist or hips (wherever you plan to wear it) and match that measurement to the middle hole.

Worth knowing: Waist and hip measurements can differ by quite a bit depending on your shape. Think about where you'll wear the belt and whether you want the versatility to style it both ways. Leather stretches about 2.5cm over time, so aim for the middle hole when new.
