The Figura Wallet began as a pattern piece ~ the bean-shaped base of the Figura Tote, folded in half, so that when you open it, the bean shape returns. I drew the card slots inside to mimic female curves, the kind that appear in our organs as much as on the outside of our bodies. The dip in the lower pocket follows the curve of a fallopian tube. Roundness, folds, dips. All are revered.
Black Rock is a true black. It soaks up the light when it's new, and polishes up the more it's carried.
